How do I make a deposit into my Ewire account?

To make a deposit into your Ewire account, first log on to your Ewire account.

Then select "Make a deposit" and follow the instructions on the screen.

The first time you use a new payment card, you will be asked to enter your mobile phone number. We need this to send an SMS with a verification code, which you subsequently enter in order to make a deposit.

Your payment is not completed until you have received and entered the verification code.

Bank transfer

Select make a deposit via online banking and follow the instructions on the screen.

NB: We register your payment at 1-2 bank days' delay.
