I have a (debit) cash card and Ewire has now reserved the amount on this

If you have a (debit) cash card (for example, Visa Electron or MasterCard Maestro), the amount may be reserved if a purchase is cancelled at the very last minute - even after we at Ewire have cancelled the transaction. The reservation will expire automatically after a given period of time determined by your bank (usually no more than 28 days).
