The transaction starts from scratch

If the transaction starts again, for example, when you are about to confirm payment, this may be due to your browser. If you have Internet Explorer, check the version. Select 'About Internet Explorer' in the browser's 'Help' function. If you have Version 6, you must upgrade to at least version 7. To download the latest version, click here.

If you have Firefox, we recommend that you upgrade to the newest version: Download from here. The same applies to Apple Safari users: Safari. There may be compatibility issues when you use Google Chrome. Ewire recommends therefore that you use either Internet Explorer or Firefox.
